Major highways like the Pennsylvania Turnpike, Route 30, and Route 322 provide easy access to nearby cities. The SEPTA regional rail system, with a station in the borough, offers commuter rail service to Philadelphia and other destinations. The area is pedestrian-friendly with local taxi services, rideshare platforms, and public buses readily available. The area is also part of Chester County's bike-friendly network, promoting cycling as a sustainable mode of transport.

This one-of-a-kind home sits only steps away from Brandywine Creek. Boat House on the Brandywine's stone walls dates back to the 1800s. There is even a door that connects to a tunnel from Downingtown Manor, that was used as an Underground Railroad. Need a larger space? Downingtown Manor can be found at 109 Manor and sleeps 10. Both locations are conveniently located close to several Chester County attractions as well as both Philadelphia and Lancaster.
